Club Presentation Night

'They' always say to give credit where credit's due and, at Cleadon Archers, that's definitely the case. Club trophies, medals and other prizes all go out to those who've excelled throughout the year. Presentation Night is the main Club Event but there are always other times where excellence just has to be recognised...

Other Presentations

Effort and commitment are rewarded in many ways. This section is for archers and groups who have been given awards of all forms not connected with particular tournaments.

Outdoor Season Introductory Shoot

Not so much a tournament as a chance to blow away the cobwebs from the indoor season and introduce the latest crop of beginners to the world of 'real' archery!

Fun Shoots

These shoots are held within the club as a perfect way to relieve some of the tensions of Tournament Archery. Whether they're at the start, middle or end of the season, they're always enjoyable.

The Boxing Day Shoot

Cleadon Archers, their friends and families, all turn up in numbers every Boxing Day for this festive shoot. Each competitor brings a small giftwrapped present and their name is added to a balloon on the target. When you shoot a balloon, you win that person's prize; ratehr like a 'Secret Santa', except with bows and arrows!

Have-a-Go Sessions

Cleadon Archers occasionally run Have-a-Go sessions, where people can try some real shooting without the commitment of joining a club. Even with strict safety regulations, a good coach with a big smile can always make the day go well!
