	DNAA Field Championships Held in September Forget the carefully mown ranges, the neatly lined-up targets; This shoot sees the usually target-oriented DNAA deep in woods and moorland and is a great challenge. 	Butsfield Bowmen's Range Going far beyond even the DNAA Field Shoot, the course arranged by this NFAS club brings archers very close to true bow-hunting. The painted animal targets pose a whole new challenge compared to the round target faces but, in the end, the simple rules are to stay safe and have fun! Butsfield Gallery: July 2008

	Stonebow Archers' Range Whilst not quite as physically demanding as the Butsfield range, this course in the Northallerton area still presents some wonderfully challenging and varied shots. A bit of a long ol' hike from Boldon, it's still a good day out and was definitely worth the visit (even with the icy gale!). Stonebow Gallery: April 2009
