08-05-08: It is with great sadness that we report the death of Rob Heslop. Rob was a good friend to the club and was known to many for his open-hearted and friendly manner. He will be greatly missed by many folk at clubs all around the area and our deepest sympathy goes to his family at this time.

15-04-08: The Calendar Page has been updated with the full 2008 Outdoor Shooting Schedule.

19-03-08: Another minor reorganisation of the gallery pages was needed (the 'other events' page) and some new photo galleries have been added.

18-02-08: I've reorganised to the gallery of 'Other Shoots' to try to keep things tidy, as well as adding Eric's photos of the shoots at Ponteland, Walker, Morpeth and the National Championships at Lilleshall.

10-02-08: Congratulations to the Cleadon Archers who took part in the Newburn Indoor Tournament (Worcester Round) on Saturday 9th February. Cleadon Archers succeeded in sweeping the board, with first places in almost every category:

   Steve James - First Gent Compound
   Jessica James - First Junior Compound
   Bill Lee - First Gent Longbow
   Ann Lee - First Lady Longbow
Truly a fantastic result!

02-01-08: I'd like to wish all Cleadon Archers, archers in general and visitors to the site a very happy and peaceful 2008. May it bring more success than 2007 but less than 2009...

20-06-07: If have photographs from any recent shoot hasn't been updated in our Gallery pages, that aren't already there, don't forget to email them in for incusion on the website! I can use any format of image file or any format of memory card and the email can handle attachments of up to 25MB.

06-04-07: The Downloads Page now has some Sample Scoresheets for GNAS and FITA rounds; if you're relatively new to the sport, or are maybe a little rusty at filling them in, download them and take a look. (and please let me know if I've made any mistakes!)
